Once a 3D model has been take of your feet via Laser scan or a Bio foam impression kit ,
it is then sent to our lab. When the scan data is received at our lab the prescription is then decided by our lab technichians with the aid of our advanced cast correction soft wear. When the prescription has being decided upon the information is then sent to one of our State of
the art CNC Milling machines, where the orthotics are milled out to meet your needs. All our orthotics have a special micro grove top surface, this top surface creates a non slip envoirment and allows air to circulate between the foot and the orthotic. It also means that your orthotic can be easly be washed. We also apply top covers and cushioning to orthotics if requested. When your orthotics are finished they are shipped to you immediately after inspection by our quailty control department. In this section can you show a picture of an Orthotic being milled .
